This event is an annual activity of BIC, often held after Business Plan Activation Conferences in order to stir up working spirit and determination of BIC staff. With the orientation to improve quality of customer care services and business efficiency in 2012, the selected topic of the kick-off program this year was "BIC & Customer First".

Through training games, nearly 200 key staff of BIC shared to each others the goals of BIC in 2012 as well as experience and methods to care for customers. The slogan presenting BIC's business objectives in 2012: "Profit of 115 billion VND, insurance premium of 850 billion VND" was shouted constantly by all the staff throughout the program, reflecting the consensus of all BIC members to complete the business plan in 2012.

In the TeamBuilding program, BIC also gave awards to excellent staff and divisions in 2011. This is the beautiful culture of BIC in the business. Through two online voting rounds, BIC's Sao Kim Awards is to honored its best subsidiaries, divisions, departments and staff in scopes of operations.
