BIC to provide motorbike fire insurance
Customers buying motorbike physical insurance of BIC will be compensated for physical damages of their own motorbikes when fires, accidents, thefts, etc. occur. BIC will also pay customers the cost to protect and take their own motorbikes to the nearest garage, as well as the assessment cost to determine the reason and the loss level in case the losses are covered. Sum insured is the replacement value of customers’ motorbikes.
When risks occur, BIC staff will support customers in finishing compensation procedure and documents. If the losses are covered, BIC will compensate for customers within 15 days after receiving relevant documents.
Motorbike physical Insurance is provided at all BIC’s wholly-owned subsidiaries and through all insurance agents nationwide, via the website www.baohiemtructuyen.com.vn. Customers will enjoy a 10 percent discount on insurance fees from the launching to 20 April 2012.
