Thanks to this agreement, customers buying personal health care and accident insurance of LVI (LVI Care) will enjoy the convenient services when examining and treating at NewLife, such as:

- High-quality medical services, first time available in Vientiane, such as: Digital X-Ray, echocardiogram, 4D ultrasound, anesthesia gastrointestinal endoscopes, etc and implemented by Vietnamese professional doctors.

- Guaranteed payment for medical expenses by LVI pursuant to the terms of insurance policy.

Payment procedures will be done online by specialized software to reduce waiting time of customers as well as ensure accuracy and avoid the risks in the payment process. In the future, NewLife will support LVI in building and implementing the online payment guarantee software. In which, customers of LVI Care can make payment online when examining and treating at other medical facilities cooperated with LVI.

By signing cooperation agreement with NewLife, LVI is the first non-life insurer in Laos to have a deal with a medical facility of NewLife - the only place in Laos having staff and doctors of Vietnamese.
