BIC offers 15% discount on compulsory car liability insurance for renewing customers
Starting from March 15, 2024, BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) is launching a special promotion titled “Joyful savings, peace of mind on every journey” to express appreciation to customers renewing their compulsory car liability insurance.
Specifically, customers who renew their compulsory car liability insurance via mybic.vn, the MyBIC app, or BIDV SmartBanking will receive an attractive 15% discount on the standard premium, applicable to policies with no claims in the 12 months prior to renewal.
This program is part of BIC’s ongoing efforts to reward loyal customers who have participated in compulsory liability insurance over the years. It is implemented in accordance with the new regulations under Decree 67/2023/NĐ-CP issued by the Government. Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically identified by BIC’s online system, and the discount will be applied during the purchase process. Upon successful payment, the electronic insurance certificate will be sent to the customer via email. This e-certificate holds the same legal validity as the printed version, making it easy to store, retrieve, and present when needed.
By participating in compulsory car liability insurance, BIC will compensate third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by the insured vehicle. Coverage limits include up to VND 150 million per person per accident for bodily injury and VND 100 million per accident for property damage. Notably, this insurance certificate is a required document for vehicle owners when operating a vehicle on public roads.
