On October 7, 2025, at the Headquarters of Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem), the Group held a ceremony to announce and present Decision No. 369/QD-HCVN dated October 1, 2025, appointing Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện, formerly Head of the Group's Supervisory Board, to the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện was born in 1975, is a native of Hai Phong, holds a Master's degree in Economics, and a senior-level degree in political theory. Prior to joining Vietnam National Chemical Group, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện held the position of Department Head at the Local Industry and Trade Agency (under the Ministry of Industry and Trade). In 2018, he was appointed as a Controller at Vietnam National Chemical Group. Throughout his career, he has always upheld a high sense of responsibility, earning the trust of leaders and colleagues, and was assigned the role of Head of the Group's Supervisory Board. He has made many positive contributions to enhancing supervision, corporate governance, and improving the operational efficiency of the Group.

The appointment ceremony took place solemnly with the attendance of the entire Leadership Board of Vietnam National Chemical Group and representatives of functional departments. At the Ceremony, Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Member of the Government Party Committee Executive Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Chairman of the Group's Member Council – presented Decision No. 369/QD-HCVN to Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện and offered flowers to congratulate the new Deputy General Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Member Council Phùng Quang Hiệp emphasized that the appointment of the new Vice Director will help the Group consolidate its leadership structure, enhance operational efficiency, and meet the Group's development requirements in the new phase. The decision to appoint Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện also demonstrates the leadership's confidence in and recognition of his efforts and contributions over the past time. The Group's leadership expects that in his new position, Deputy General Director Nguyễn Văn Luyện will continue to promote his capabilities and strengths, contributing to the increasing stability and strong development of Vietnam National Chemical Group.

Responding to the confidence from the Group's Leadership, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện expressed his gratitude and emotion for the attention and trust of the Party Committee, Board of Director, Executive Management Board, and all staff and employees within the Group. In his new capacity, he affirmed that he will strive his utmost to successfully complete all assigned tasks and make positive contributions to the Group's overall development. Mr. Nguyễn Văn Luyện looks forward to continuing to receive the support and coordination of the Group's leadership and various units, and commits to upholding the spirit of solidarity and promoting the fine traditions of Vietnam National Chemical Group to be worthy of the expectations of the leadership and the entire staff and employees of the Group.

The appointment ceremony concluded in an atmosphere of excitement. The Group's leaders congratulated and took souvenir photos with the new Deputy General Director Nguyễn Văn Luyện, expecting him to quickly settle into his work and, together with the Group's leadership and employees, successfully achieve all goals and tasks in the coming period.
