Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) Agency Employee Conference 2025

On the afternoon of October 3rd, in Quang Tri, the Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) successfully held the Parent Company's Employee Conference 2025.

The Conference was attended by Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Member of the Central Government's Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Group's Member Council; Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Member Council, General Director and CEO of the Group; Mr. Nguyễn Huy Thông – Chairman of the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union, along with all officials, workers, and employees of the Group's Agency.

Key Results in 2024

According to the Report at the Conference, in 2024, the Vietnam National Chemical Group achieved many outstanding results. The Parent Company alone recorded a Revenue of 1,567 billion VND (reaching 201.4% of the plan); After-tax profit of 622 billion VND (equal to 129.6% of the plan), and an average salary of 25.45 million VND/person/month. At the consolidated level for the entire Group; Revenue reached 54,887 billion VND, an increase of 1.72% compared to 2023; and Pre-tax profit reached 2,886 billion VND, equal to 76.9% of the previous year.

The Parent Company not only performed its management duties well but also paid special attention to the lives of its employees – considering this the foundation for sustainable development. Activities were regularly maintained, such as: periodic dialogues, promoting grassroots democracy; signing and fully implementing the collective labor agreement; periodic health checks, purchasing life insurance and healthcare insurance for all staff; ensuring stable jobs and income, fully implementing all insurance benefits; building a democratic, professional working environment that encourages creativity; organizing training and professional skill development; encouraging participation in workshops to improve competency to meet the requirements of innovation and integration.

The spiritual life of employees was also focused on through cultural, sports, and recreational activities; building a safe working environment, a healthy corporate culture, and encouraging solidarity and attachment. Simultaneously, the Group actively participated in social welfare activities such as supporting people in disaster-stricken areas, building "house of gratitude" homes, and providing scholarships for the children of staff; organizing many activities for major holidays, trips to historical sites, offering incense, and reporting achievements at the Hung Kings Temple and other historical relics, contributing to the education of the "drinking water, remembering the source" tradition, nurturing patriotism, and national pride.

Business Targets for 2025

Stepping into 2025, the Parent Company – Vietnam National Chemical Group sets the following targets: Revenue of 907.9 billion VND (exceeding the plan by 8%), after-tax profit of 665.6 billion VND (exceeding the plan by 1.6%), and maintaining an average salary of 25.77 million VND/person/month. The commitment that "the average income of the subsequent year will not be lower than the previous year" will continue to be guaranteed. At the Group's consolidated scale, the 2025 business plan sets a revenue of 55,375 billion VND and a pre-tax profit of 2,829 billion VND.

The Conference approved the Draft Collective Labor Agreement for 2025 and witnessed the signing ceremony between the Trade Union of the Agency and the General Director of the Group.
