• Investing in the company-wide network infrastructure to all units, departments, and offices, including designing a network model with a firewall as the main device to control all activities within the internal LAN system as well as external internet access and vice versa.
• Implementing document management and office administration system software, utilizing electronic signatures and digital signing.
• Using application software such as Effect accounting, sales management, equipment management, automated parking, etc.
• Deploying IoT for monitoring production lines.
• Connecting electronic weighbridges to the warehouse and sales management system.
• Applying a real-time centralized monitoring and control system for the entire acid production process, an automated control system in NPK production, and an electronic facial recognition timekeeping system.
• Notably, the company is the first fertilizer producer in Vietnam to use smart labels with QR-codes for its products since 2021, helping to transparently trace product origins, strengthen brand protection, combat counterfeiting, and protect consumers.

Investment in modern production lines, equipment improvements, and enhanced product quality have helped the company maintain its competitiveness, supplying the market with new fertilizer lines such as microbial NPK-S, neutral Superphosphate, and organic mineral fertilizers, meeting the diverse needs of farmers.

In the first 9 months of 2025, despite the fertilizer industry being impacted by the dual effects of market volatility and rising input material prices, LAFCHEMCO maintained a stable production and business pace and achieved impressive results. Accordingly, the total estimated industrial production value reached over 3,000 billion VND, and revenue from sales and service provision was approximately 4,000 billion VND. All basic production and business targets were completed, with many achieving and surpassing the figures from the same period last year. This creates a solid foundation for the company to continue affirming its position; maintain the spirit of unity, discipline, and creativity across the entire unit; ensure employees work in a safe environment, receive skills training, enhance professional qualifications, and are fully cared for both materially and spiritually.
