The Ya Hoi Protection Forest Management Board shall develop and organize the implementation of the sustainable forest management plan for the 2021-2030 period, ensuring:

- Protecting the ecological environment: regulating the climate, preventing floods, droughts, landslides, and environmental pollution. Forests are a source of clean water, diverse and abundant biological resources.

- Biodiversity conservation: is the habitat of many rare and precious species of animals and plants, with high scientific and economic value, contributing to preventing extinction.

- Tourism development: Beautiful and attractive natural landscapes, attracting domestic and foreign tourists. Ecotourism contributes to the socio-economic development of the locality.
