- Economically and socially:

       Increase revenue from forest environmental services; Manage, protect and improve the quality of 5,461.95 hectares of natural forests and 169.68 hectares of planted protection forests. Newly planted 50.00 hectares of protective forest; Newly planted 35.5 hectares of production forest. Zoning for natural regeneration 143.0 hectares of bare land with scattered regenerated timber trees into natural protective forests.

- About the environment:

       Maintain and protect the total existing natural forest area. By the end of the plan, forest coverage will reach 60%. Strictly protect forests containing ecological values, biodiversity, endangered, precious, forest trees, and endemic forest animals; develop and preserve native tree species; reduce the number of forest fires, violations of forestry laws, and planning areas for land protection and protection of people's domestic water sources.
