Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee directs to prepare to ensure the conditions of forces, means and tools to well implement the motto "four in place" to be ready to respond to possible forest fire situations. One of the provincial forest fire prevention measures is the Forest Fire Forecast Signboard developed by the Forestry Information System Joint Stock Company (FIS).

FIS supplied and installed 12 products evenly distributed in the province, the signs are located in key areas of forest fires, densely populated places, many people passing.
