Step by step implementing the digital transformation of the forestry

FIS has been coordinating with the Forest Protection Department, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces to gradually digitize the forestry in order to improve the efficiency of forest management, protection and development, monitoring developments, forest fire prevention.

Project 1: Installation of a system of Ground Monitoring Station for Forest Fire Monitoring

Objectives of the project: Invest in the installation of Ground Monitoring Station for Forest Fire Monitoring; select appropriate equipments and solutions to improve the quality of forest fire risk warning information, early detection of forest fires in order to promptly inform forest owners and authorities at all levels to implement forest fire prevention  to minimize damage to forest resources.

Project 2: Application of science and technology to improve the quality of forest resource management

Objectives of the project: Improve the quality to manage the database on the current status of forest resources, detailing each lot of forest status of each forest owner.

Project 3: Building a smart monitoring and operation center for agriculture and rural development

Objectives of the project: Building a common operating system for the whole industry; Invest in a smart operating software system.

Project 4: Building a specialized database on agriculture and rural development

Objectives of the project: To build a database to serve all fields of specialized management of agriculture and rural development; connect and share data with the Government and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
