INTRODUCTION

Developing the Sustainable Forest Management Plan for forest owners to manage and sustainably use forest resources, conserve biodiversity, protect the ecological environment and forest environmental service values; promote forest certification to meet the requirements of domestic and international markets for legal timber origin.
Create a source of wood materials for planted forests in forests implementing; Increase the value of planted forest wood, contribute to poverty reduction for forest workers and increase added value for the forestry sector.

ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT

Maintain and protect the total existing forest area, strive to increase forest cover by the end of the period. Strictly protect forests containing ecological values, biodiversity, endangered, precious, rare, and endemic forest plants and animals that are protected; develop and conserve native tree species; reduce the number of forest fires, violations of the Forestry Law, and planning areas for land protection, protection of people's domestic water sources.

Organize good protection, strive by the end of the period to have a plan for forest succession states in a positive direction, to maintain and enhance forest functions such as: protection, special use, production and combating climate change.

SOCIAL

Stabilize jobs and income for forest managers. Create conditions for forest owners to attract local workers to participate in forest protection and development;

Solve jobs, increase income for workers; stabilize livelihoods of people living in the area; raise awareness of forest management; gradually improve the infrastructure system;

Contribute to increasing income, reducing poverty for households in villages and hamlets in the forest area participating in forest protection and development activities.

ECONOMIC

Manage, protect and improve forest quality;

Develop and implement forest development plans such as: Enclosing and promoting forest regeneration, planting forests, nurturing forests, enriching forests, etc;

Develop plans to exploit planted forests, increase revenue for forest managers;

Determine income from providing forest environmental services.
